The Studio and Apartment are adjacent and can be let together to form comfortable family accommodation.

Megeve is situated just 1 hour due south from Geneva, 45 minutes from Chamonix , an hour from Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel, and an hour from Lake Annecy, one of France's prettiest lakes.

Megeve is set in a bowl in the mountains at an ideal winter and summer height of 1000 metres rising to 2000 metres. It is well protected by Mont Blanc, giving excellent snow conditions in winter, skiing being possible in most years to April, and fine weather in summer, but with added advantage of being cool at night. There are many amenities: an excellent golf course, 18 public tennis courts, a Palais de Sport which has two indoor pools, a spectacular indoor ice rink (also outdoor in winter), an olympic size heated outdoor pool with a water chute, horse riding very close, and many wonderful walks.

There are four main ski areas, the majority being interlinked, giving a vast area of skiing. The major ski pass embraces Chamonix with bus pass included! Megeve has four ski school and one of the largest number of ski school instructors in France. The apartments are on the ground floor and enjoy fabulous views right down the valley. It is easy to ski right back to the apartment and you can ski almost to the lift system. Both apartments have recently been renovated.
